On both issues, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., JP Morgan Stanley Securities Inc. and JP Morgan & Co., Inc., acted as joint bookrunning managers with Barclays Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Corp., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. also part of the syndicate of initial purchasers. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas acted as trustee.
