S. $500 million European syndicated credit facility and a U. S. $250 million syndicated credit facility made available to Canadian Pacific Limited. In addition, concurrently with these facilities, Messers. Riley and Matheson represented the syndicate, again led by the Royal Bank, in a Canadian $300 million syndicated credit facility for Canadian Pacific Railway.
