Partner in the Montréal office and coordinator of the firm´s Tax team. He specializes in most fields related to corporate tax at the domestic and international levels, including mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, capital markets, project financing, structured finance, derivatives, financial instruments, privatizations, cross-border transactions and executive compensation. He is also experienced in estate planning for individuals, tax litigation, negotiations with tax authorities, pension plans and charities. He advises a number of major Canadian public companies. Member of various organizations, including the Canadian Tax Foundation and the International Fiscal Association. Joined Ogilvy Renault in 1981. Called to the Québec Bar in 1981.
