Partner and head of the Business Law Group; sits on the Executive Committee as the head of professional resources. Has particular depth in property development, agricultural, finance and health care industry and deals routinely with business relationships and agreements as well as the buying, financing and selling of property interests, assets and businesses. Council Member of the MBA and Vice-President of the National Real Property Section of the CBA; member of the Grain Elevator & Processing Society and of the Property Registry Special Operating Agency Advisory Board that counsels the Manitoba government on its real and personal property registration systems. Has lectured in solicitor’s transactions, real estate and commercial law at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law and the LSM’s Bar Admission Course.
