Jules Mikelberg, partner, has a specialized expertise in condominium law and acts for numerous condominium developers with respect to the development and sale of thousands of condominium units in the Greater Toronto Area, including large multi-party portfolio sales. His practice also concentrates on all types of acquisitions, sales, financings and development of commercial, industrial and multi-use residential properties. With over 28 years of experience in real estate and condominium law, Jules is currently the Manager of the Toronto Real Estate Group at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC) and is the Toronto representative on the firm’s National Real Estate Committee. For the past several years, Jules has been recommended by PLC Which Lawyer? as one of the leading real estate lawyers in Canada. He has also been selected by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada in the specialty of real estate. Jules is a frequent writer on various condominium and real estate topics and is also a regular speaker for the CBAO, the BILD, and at FMC client seminars. He was also a past guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School. Jules received his LLB from the University of Toronto Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982.
