Glenn Leslie is general counsel of Blakes and a partner emeritus in the Litigation and Competition Law Group. As general counsel, Glenn is responsible for the firm’s conflicts and ethics management and for insurance and risk management. Prior to his appointment as general counsel, Glenn’s practice was primarily antitrust and regulatory litigation. He appeared as lead counsel in civil and criminal matters before all levels of courts in Ontario, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. He also appeared regularly before regulatory tribunals, including the Ontario Energy Board, the Competition Tribunal and the Ontario Securities Commission.
