Partner in litigation department. Acts in complex litigation covering a broad range of matters, including class proceedings, contracts, competition, insolvency, products liability and public law issues. Recent experience includes defending the constitutionality of legislation prohibiting satellite piracy; acting for Delta Air Lines in a federal class proceeding alleging violations of the Competition Act; defending the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation in an action arising out of the Casino Niagara selection process; acting for Ivaco in insolvency proceedings; and acting for Ryko Manufacturing Company in products liability cases. Has also acted pro bono before the Supreme Court of Canada. J.D. Yale Law School. Called to New York Bar in 2000, and Ontario Bar in 2001.
