Partner in the firm’s Montréal office. Practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate law and international legal consulting. Acted for utilities, developers and investors in connection with hydro, co-generation, gas, coal and wind power projects and infrastructures. Represents issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private financings, including initial public offerings, cross-border offerings, project financing and international offerings. His international consulting practice includes advising on bank restructurings and securities legislation in Cameroon; security on property laws in Vietnam, Cambodia and El Salvador; and implementation of privatization initiatives in Haiti. Active participant in seminars and conferences on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate law. Admitted to the Québec Bar in 1977.
