Mr. Ferraro’s key areas of practice are corporate commercial law, litigation and risk management, IP and acquisitions. Employed with Parmalat Canada as senior vice president & general counsel – North America, he is responsible for the legal and business affairs of Parmalat’s Dairy and Bakery businesses. Mr. Ferraro was called to the Ontario Bar in 1976.
