Before joining Goodmans in 2007, he was a partner and senior litigator at a leading Toronto litigation boutique. Received his LLM from Columbia University, was called to the New York Bar in 2006 and began practising with a leading US securities and class action firm. Teaches courses on corporate governance and M&A at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law (Adjunct Faculty) and also in the MBA program at the Schulich School of Business (Executive in Residence).
