Partner and member of the firm’s municipal and land use planning group. Kim's municipal practice focuses on land use planning and development for a broad range of clients, including private sector developers, landowners, municipalities and individual homeowners and residents' groups. Her practice includes processing development applications, as well as representing clients before local municipal planning bodies and councils. Kim has extensive experience appearing before the Ontario Municipal Board. In 1991, she accepted a secondment with the City of Toronto Solicitor's Office and worked for one year in the legal department (zoning division) at City Hall. Since that time her practice has been centred almost exclusively in the City of Toronto. Called to the Ontario Bar (1987).
