Year called to the Bar: 1997. Partner of the firm, his practice focuses mainly on class actions and complex litigation. He has pleaded at all levels of the courts in Québec, as well as in Federal Court and at the Supreme Court of Canada, where he argued and won one of the most important cases in the history of Canadian antitrust class actions. He has acted in a number of prominent class actions and has developed a solid expertise in this field. He is regularly involved in class actions of national and international scope that require constant coordination between jurisdictions. He also takes an interest in commercial litigation and has authored articles and served as speaker at seminars on securities and consumers class actions.
