Ben is a senior partner who practises in the area of litigation law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Broad litigation and advocacy practice before the Federal and Ontario Courts and specialized administrative tribunals. Experienced in commercial, real property and tax litigation and in public law litigation including in particular in the areas of Aboriginal, environmental, telecommunications, municipal, and other areas of public law. Extensive experience in First Nations law and litigation. Has chaired and spoken for many years at professional conferences dealing with First Nations and environmental legal issues.
