Thomas is a partner specializing in commercial real estate, infrastructure and pension fund investing at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. He is Blakes national real estate co-practice group leader. Thomas advises pension funds and institutional and private investors in: the acquisition and disposition of real property and mortgage portfolios; real estate joint ventures and partnerships; and financing secured by real estate. Thomas also represents many foreign investors and lenders in their Canadian activities.
