Senior practitioner in the areas of land use law, administrative and civil litigation. Tim’s land use law practice includes planning and zoning, expropriation and environmental issues. His practice encompasses residential, non-residential, infrastructure, windand solar energy as well as water law issues. Represented and advised both public and private interests, including representation at the Ontario Municipal Board and in court proceedings. Frequently called upon to structure complex arrangements to facilitate land developments and to negotiate and implement constructive solutions. Frequent author and speaker on the foregoing topics. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1982.
