She publishes and speaks extensively in the areas of estate administration and litigation. Margaret is the author of The Practitioner’s Guide to Estate Practice in Ontario, Ontario Estate Administration, and Canadian Forms and Precedents: Wills and Estates. She is a contributing author to Financial and Estate Planning for the Mature Client in Ontario and Widdifield on Executors and Trustees. Margaret is a past chair of the Executive Committee of the Wills, Trusts and Estates sections of the national section of the Canadian Bar Association and of the Ontario Bar Association.
