Partner and Vancouver regional leader of BLG’s Construction, Engineering, Surety and Fidelity Group and International Construction Projects Group. Frequent author, lecturer, and co-author: Practical Law of Architecture, Engineering and Geoscience (2nd ed., Pearson, 2010).
