Represents public oil & gas issuers, listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and on the TSX Venture Exchange, in equity financing transactions, corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, as well as in many facets of oil & gas, corporate and commercial law. Also acts for private oil and gas corporations in many facets of oil & gas, and corporate and commercial law. Represents Canadian chartered banks in both single lender and syndicated debt financing transactions. Represents both publicly traded and private limited partnerships in various facets of commercial law. Selected by peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2012 in the field of natural resources law. Obtained a BBA from Acadia University and an LLB and MBA from Dalhousie University. Called to the Alberta Bar in 1983.
