Partner and Chair of Bull Housser’s Business Department. Greg’s business law practice focuses on commercial transactions in the energy, infrastructure and other industry sectors, particularly joint ventures, acquisitions and financings. He has assisted clients on a range of major projects, including public-private partnerships, hydro power projects, co-generation projects, purchases and sales of hydroelectric and wood processing facilities and related financings. He joined Bull Housser in 1987 and was managing partner of the firm from 1999 to 2003. Before going to law school, Greg obtained a math degree from the University of Waterloo and was a captain in the Canadian Armed Forces.
