Member of the CBAO construction law section, past Chair of The Law Society of Upper Canada’s Construction Law Certification Committee for specialists in construction law, a certified Specialist in Construction Law, has been listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada from 2006–2012 in the area of construction law and a fellow and former Governor of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. Has spoken frequently to lawyers and various trade associations about the Construction Lien Act, tendering issues, risk management, construction contracts and many other construction law topics.
