Martin plays a leadership role on Cassels Brock’s securitization team. Represents Canadian, US and European issuers, investment bankers, ABCP conduits, sellers, lenders, borrowers and other participants in domestic and cross-border securitization, covered bond, loan, factoring and other commercial finance transactions involving trade and credit card receivables, floorplan loans, residential and commercial mortgages, and motor vehicle and equipment loans and leases. Chair of American Bar Association’s Securitization and Structured Finance Committee; former Vice Chair of International Bar Association’s securitization subcommittee.
