Partner in the Saint John office with a practice focused on corporate commercial law. Negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts, agreements of purchase and sale of assets and shares. Negotiating agreements on behalf of clients with private, institutional, and venture capital lending agencies. Representing clients in financial, fisheries, retail and professional services. Negotiating with government agencies. General experience in real estate law — acting for purchasers, vendors and financial institutions in commercial and residential real estate transactions. General experience in acting on behalf of municipalities on all aspects of municipal law. Appointed QC in 2008. Admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1984, having completed education at the University of New Brunswick (LLB, 1983) and Mount Allison University (BA, 1980). Member of the CBA, Law Society of New Brunswick and the Saint John Law Society.
