Negotiating with government agencies. General experience in real estate law — acting for purchasers, vendors and financial institutions in commercial and residential real estate transactions. General experience in acting on behalf of municipalities on all aspects of municipal law. Appointed QC in 2008. Admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1984, having completed education at the University of New Brunswick (LLB, 1983) and Mount Allison University (BA, 1980).
