Partner, practising in a boutique firm devoted to commercial leasing law, litigation, real estate conveyancing and development, and building-related telecommunications matters. Represents developers, landlords, tenants, and property managers with respect to office, retail, and industrial properties. Significant experience in large-space transactions in the GTA acting for institutional tenants and on behalf of national tenants in connection with industrial leaseback arrangements and other industrial space. Frequent contributor to numerous industry and legal publications, including Shopping Centre News and Legal Alert. Has written and lectured for the CBA, the LSO, the American and Canadian Law Conferences held by the International Conference of Shopping Centres, Insight Educational Services, and the Real Estate Institute of Canada on a large variety of commercial leasing topics.
