Has played a lead role in numerous major syndicated credit facilities acting for both borrowers and lenders and is actively involved in our private equity group. Also provides advice to clients involved in public-private infrastructure projects and has acted on a large number of public and private acquisitions as well as numerous corporate reorganizations.
