Partner in the litigation and investigations & white collar defence practices. He is consistently involved in complex disputes that span a wide variety of fields, including acting in arbitration proceedings, class actions, white-collar crime prosecutions, constitutional challenges and judicial reviews, with a special emphasis on appellate work. Has, in particular, a very strong background in constitutional and administrative law. Appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada on numerous occasions, including three times as lead counsel. Recognized in Benchmark Canada as a Litigation Star in general commercial; The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory in Corporate Commercial Litigation; and The Best Lawyers in Canada in corporate and commercial litigation. Finalist in the 2016 Lexpert "Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40" and a recipient of the Lawyer of the Year Award (2013) of the Young Bar Association of Montréal (civil and commercial litigation category).
