Regularly appears as litigation counsel in labour and employment disputes. Very extensive history and current practice negotiating collective agreements for employers. Acted as policy advisor to government and institutional groups concerning legislative reform. Experienced in corporate restructuring. Frequently acts as trainer in best practices for non-union companies. National advisor with regard to employment strategy for employers in retail industry. Received LLB from Dalhousie University in 1970. Admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1971 and appointed QC in 1984.
