Jane Bogaty practises banking law. She acts in major financings with single and multiple lenders and represents financial institutions, both as individual lenders and as lead lenders or agents in syndicated loans. Ms. Bogaty also acts as counsel for private and public corporations as borrowers in such transactions. She drafts and negotiates all loan documentation, including any security instruments required and related documentation. Ms. Bogaty also acts as counsel for Canada-wide distributors and manufacturers of machinery and equipment sold for purposes of resale. She drafts and negotiates all required commercial contracts, such as conditional sales agreements, consignment agreements, leasing agreements, security agreements and priority agreements.
