Brad acts for issuers and investment dealers in connection with public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, including initial public offerings and qualifying transactions. Co-author of several empirical studies on hostile bids and proxy contests. Brad’s insights into the mergers & acquisitions market has earned widespread coverage by leading business media outlets, including Business News Network, Bloomberg TV Canada and The Globe and Mail. Brad is the director of Epilepsy Toronto, a non-profit agency supporting people living with epilepsy. He is also involved with the Sunny View Youth Involvement Association, which is focused on supporting and enhancing programming at Sunny View Public School, a congregated special education setting for students with high physical and health needs.
