Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group in Vancouver, Mark is leading general litigation counsel with a proven track record in commercial litigation, fraud, breach of trust and fiduciary duty cases; securities (civil and regulatory disputes); and property cases. He is experienced in applications for emergency relief, such as injunctions, freeze orders, and Anton Piller orders. He has a significant administrative and regulatory law practice including judicial review (environmental and Aboriginal issues), tribunal hearings and investigations. He has conducted public law and white collar criminal cases. He acts for members of the legal profession. He is often counsel in domestic and international arbitrations and acts as arbitrator and mediator. He is an experienced appellate counsel. He frequently lectures on advocacy topics.
