She acts as counsel on a range of matters, with a focus on complex corporate commercial disputes, including claims involving: securities, shareholder disputes, oppression claims, derivative actions, company law, contracts, fraud, tax, conversion, accounting negligence, class actions, injunctions and international disputes. Tracey regularly represents investment dealers, public companies, mutual funds, directors and officers, and bidders and targets in mergers and acquisition transactions.
