Extensive experience in representing employers before the courts, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and arbitration boards. Experienced in conducting positive employee relations training seminars for non-union and union employers. Experienced in developing health and safety policies and conducting education seminars for employers to prevent accidents and avoid litigation. Experienced in developing proactive policies and procedures for construction employers on how to handle illegal strikes and discipline in the field. Written and lectured on all aspects of labour and employment law and has conducted several mock occupational health and safety trials for education seminars. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1984.
