Partner and head of Goodmans’ Litigation Group. Focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation. Frequently appears before the Federal Court of Canada and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice representing pharmaceutical clients regarding IP and trademark matters. Particularly active in proceedings prosecuted pursuant to the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations and has been a frequent speaker and chair of conferences in respect of such Regulations. Has chaired and participated in conferences on IP issues. Actively involved in Goodmans’ student recruiting and associate development programs and is a lecturer for the LLM Health Law IP course at Osgoode Hall Law School.
