Broad and eclectic cross-border international commercial litigation practice with emphasis on matters involving some element of dishonesty or corporate misconduct, including white collar crime, securities fraud, corruption and competition law violations. He has acted as counsel to boards of directors, audit committees and special committees investigating allegations of serious corporate misconduct. Recognized as a creative and strategic problem solver. He has also acted as counsel and arbitrator in numerous domestic and international arbitrations. He has appeared before all levels of court in Canada and numerous administrative tribunals.
