Brian Kapusianyk practises in the areas of insurance and commercial litigation with an emphasis in professional liability, construction law, commercial insurance coverage and defence, as well as personal injury and products liability litigation. He has acted on matters in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and the Yukon Territory. He has appeared in the courts at all levels, including the Federal Court, Trial Division, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Brian has been retained to act for architects, engineers, land surveyors, lawyers, accountants and many other professionals. Has been recognized in various publications, including Lexpert® magazine, The Best Lawyers in Canada, The Lexpert®/American Lawyer Guide To the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, and the International Who’s Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers. Brian has spoken at many seminars and conferences throughout North America. These presentations, while often dealing with strategies and techniques in advancing the clients position with regard to the merits of the action, also include many presentations on how to run a more cost effective and efficient practice for the benefit of clients.
