Salman Bhura is a partner with Harper Grey and chair of the firm’s Banking & Insolvency and Real Estate practice groups. As a senior practitioner in the areas of banking and insolvency his practice focuses on financial restructuring, security enforcement and priority disputes between creditors and the Crown. He represents financial institutions including trust companies and chartered banks. Salman is a frequent speaker on banking and insolvency matters. Salman also practises in the corporate and commercial litigation area with a focus on complex real estate disputes. He assists clients with risk management strategies related to their real estate investments and his expertise extends to business disputes including oppression and constructive trust claims involving real estate holdings. Salman has been involved in many mediations and has appeared before all levels of courts in British Columbia.
