A partner at Harris, Eric has practised labour and employment law since 1973. He has been retained to work in a strategic capacity and has represented clients at every level in BC and Canada. Eric has represented employers and governments in labour and employment matters in most industries in BC and has been responsible for collective bargaining in a variety of sectors, including brewing, grain, pulp and paper and government services. He is a Vice Chair and member of the Board of Governors of the Business Council of BC and a member of the Committee of Special Advisors, appointed by the Minister of Skills, Development and Labour to review the BC Labour Code and make recommendations, 2002–ongoing.
