William S. Berardino is a senior litigation counsel with broad experience in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial, corporate and securities litigation, claims involving tobacco regulation, asbestos, all terrain vehicles, equipment and construction failures, bankruptcies, and criminal cases. He has appeared as counsel on leading cases applying BC’s class action legislation. He represents clients before the Supreme and Appellate Courts of British Columbia, the Federal Court and Supreme Court of Canada, and many federal, provincial and local boards and tribunals. Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers. Admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1966; Yukon Bar in 1986; appointed QC in 1985.
