David practises primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance and securities law. He has extensive experience focused on advising private and public company clients on transactional and general corporate commercial matters, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, as well as corporate governance issues and regulatory and stock exchange compliance. Major representative transactional work includes the sale and purchase of numerous large scale manufacturing and processing operations and business; multijurisdictional structured sale transactions; private equity and venture capital investments; convertible debt financings; early stage financings and corporate restructuring transactions and proceedings. David is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2012 for corporate law and in The Lexpert®/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada for Corporate Commercial Law.
