Extensive experience in the litigation of professional regulatory issues on behalf of regulators and professionals. Represents clients on judicial review applications and appeals in relation to tribunal decisions and administrative actions. Acted on behalf of the Canadian Human Rights Commission in the first successful prosecution of a case concerning promotion of hatred on the Internet.
