Daniel G.C. Glover is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s Toronto office and the national co-lead of the firm’s Cyber/Data Group. He’s also a member of McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s Intellectual Property, Privacy, Technology, Consumer Products & Retail, Franchise & Distribution, and Appellate Groups. His practice focuses on information law and includes a specialty in appellate litigation, IP litigation, intellectual property, cyber/data, and privacy litigation. Daniel has advised clients connected to the three largest data breaches in Canadian history and helps clients navigate class actions lawsuits resulting from data breaches and other privacy incidents. Daniel has argued landmark cases in front of the Supreme Court of Canada along with other appellate courts.
