Partner in the firm’s Calgary office. Practice focuses on securities and corporate commercial matters. Regularly advises public and private corporations on securities and corporate finance matters, including corporate governance; public and private mergers & acquisitions; and securities filings and dealings with Canadian and US stock exchanges. Extensive experience acting for large and small issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity including cross-border transactions. Has served in various firm leadership roles, including head of the Business Law Group in the firm’s Calgary office. Chairman of the Alberta Cancer Foundation. Member of the Securities Advisory Committee for the Alberta Securities Commission. Admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1989.
