Ryan Prescott

Ryan Prescott is counsel in McCarthy Tétrault’s Technology Law Group in Toronto where his areas of expertise include technology, procurement, intellectual property, and privacy law. He regularly advises clients, in both the public and private sectors, on complex and strategic commercial licensing, SaaS, procurement, and outsourcing transactions. Ryan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010.
