Has acted in wide variety of proceedings for physicians, engineers, accountants and lawyers. Trial counsel in 2012 criminal proceeding against former Nortel CEO. Lead counsel in 2013 Supreme Court appeal (Hryniak/Combined Air) concerning summary judgment and access to justice in Canada. Provides clients sound business and legal advice in avoiding litigation issues. Clients include major airlines, major IT services providers, research hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and major oil & gas companies.
