Mr. O’Neil practises in civil litigation. He has extensive experience in commercial and construction disputes and product liability. Mr. O’Neil holds a professional engineering qualification. He also has experience with alternate dispute resolution, in particular, mediation. He is a lecturer at various continuing education programs, principally in the areas of construction and insurance law. Mr. O’Neil is past President of the New Brunswick branch of the CBA. He is also past Chair of the Board of the New Brunswick Geographic Corporation/Service New Brunswick Corporation, and the Power Commission of the City of Saint John. Mr. O’Neil is a fellow of CCCL and the College of American Trial Lawyers. He is a member of CBA, IBA, ABA, LSNB, SJLS, APEGNB and DRI. He was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1975.
