Andy’s business law practice is focused on restructuring and debt finance. Andy has been commended for his strategic abilities, technical excellence, trouble shooting and problem solving skills, and for the energetic pursuit of clients’ interests. Andy has been a key innovator and has led professional efforts to reform Canada’s business insolvency laws.
