Partner in the Regina office of Miller Thomson LLP practising primarily in the area of civil litigation. Active cases include claims involving commercial disputes, health, medical negligence, disability, no-fault insurance, wrongful dismissal, personal injury and related class actions. Active trial practice in the Court of Queen’s Bench and conducts frequent civil jury trials. Lectures extensively throughout Saskatchewan to health professionals, lawyers and university students in subject areas related to trial practice, health law and medical malpractice. Bencher of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, co-Director of Education and Past President of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and active member of Queen’s Bench Bar Judicial Council. Admitted to Saskatchewan Bar, 1980.
