R.J. Randall Hordo, QC, FCIArb, is widely recognized as one of Canada’s top commercial litigators with over 35 years of commercial litigation experience. He has a broad range of experience in complex litigation including commercial, corporate, partnership, securities and pension disputes, professional negligence claims, aviation product liability, class actions, administrative law and catastrophic personal injury. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Hordo is currently listed as a leading practitioner in numerous publications including Lexpert®, The Best Lawyers in Canada, Chambers Global, Who’s Who Legal, Benchmark and Martindale-Hubbell (AV rating). He was named a Queen’s Counsel by the BC Attorney General and a Fellow by both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London, England) and the Litigation Counsel of America. Before practising law, Mr. Hordo received his MSc in agricultural economics from the University of Manitoba and served as a Policy Economist with the Manitoba Planning and Priorities Committee of Cabinet.
