Dan Leduc practises primarily construction law and commercial litigation. Within construction law, he is frequently called upon to advise and represent owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and builders in such front-end services as contract review, tender issues and general construction matters, as well as in litigation and arbitration. Mr. Leduc is a frequent speaker on construction law issues and a frequent contributor to publications in the construction industry. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Society of Construction Law (UK), the Ottawa Construction Association, the Kingston Construction Association, the Ontario Bar Association (Executive, Construction Law Section), the American Bar Association and the Construction Industry Forum.
