Don Tse is a partner in the Calgary office of Norton Rose Canada. Don practises exclusively in the securities and corporate areas. In addition to assisting corporations with their day-to-day compliance with securities and corporate legislation, Don assists a variety of parties in transactions including public and private offerings of debt and equity, corporate reorganizations and mergers & acquisitions. Don is experienced in both Canadian and international transactions.
