Partner in the firm’s Calgary office. Practises in the area of corporate law with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, with extensive experience representing both issuers and underwriters in complex public and private financings. Recent engagements include advising both senior TSX and junior TSX-V issuers and underwriters on a wide variety of public offerings (including cross-border transactions), private placements, restructuring transactions, and trust conversions. Regularly advises large national corporations on various domestic aspects of mergers and acquisitions and acts as corporate secretary to certain public corporations. Admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1994.
